didnt ride today but wanted to update on new things. 1. im getting a new bike. 2. im riding to work starting tomorrow. 3. will wants to get a bike.

1. with the death of the cr1 i had some options. i could replace the frame for around $900 and then pay for labor, and sometime this year probably have to start getting new components. marc offered me a killer deal on a new bike after we negotiated and settled on a price for new scott. a 2006 plasma. its a time trial frame but im going to convert it into a road bike by using a longer stem, risers in the headset, and dropping the seat down to the level i had it on the cr1. hopefully this works out good. if i feel like i did on the plasma like on did on the cr1 im going to explode this summer.

2. starting tomorrow im riding to work. with the cost of the new bike using my legs instead of the car will save me money on gas. this is going to set me back quite a bit so everything is going to get tightened up this summer. no new clothes unless on a crazy sale. no new jerseys for sure unless they are less than $20. yeah, gotten pay this shit off.

3. will wants to ride which i think is cool. its nice to see that im influencing others to live a better life style through cycling. hope he sticks with it cause it will be good for him i think. just have to get stacey a bike and we are set to go this summer!
