YES!!!!!!

got out for the first time since my accident today. took the cannondale which was nice since i hadnt ridden it for a while. went to tamaques like planned and did some loops. one thing different from my plan was riding there instead of driving. and doing intervals! my leg was sore and my knee hurt too but i rode through it, hopefully that was the smart choice. had a nice time though. after an initial thought of should i ride or not after my leg hurt i pushed on and im glad thats what happened. ride;
