great news. after a week and a half i was able to complete a pedal stroke for the first time today! after getting the stitches out i came home and balanced on the cannondale. took a little push and some minor discomfort but the pedals went around. tomorrow i plan on taking it out for a spin. maybe going to drive to tamaques park and do some miles around the park. nothing major. want to make sure no injuries happen coming back from one.

so my target for the april 30 time trial is still on. hopefully will be able to do a decent time. but even if im not, at least i will ride!
