got out yesterday and today for a pair of nice rides. for some reason the roads out here (union county, cranford area) feel fast. maybe the wind is not as strong due to more structures. but either way im still getting in some good miles. headed around echo lake park area yesterday for a nice hour or so ride. today did a little less. wanted to just do a light recovery ride but i dont think the phrase 'recovery ride' is in my vocabulary. any time my speed starts to go above 20-22mph my legs start to crank and they dont want to stop! regardless the rides were nice. rides;
