been a while since i last posted. havent had as many rides this month due to moving and just generally being tired. but got out a few times here and there including today. despite being a bum most of the weekend getting out for a ride today was very important for me. having ridden so little over the past two weeks has felt odd and made me uneasy. felt like i was getting back to some old habits that made me a lot heavier than i am today. but after getting out those thoughts went away and i focused on some short intervals at tamaques park in westfield. this is a favorite place to cycle of mine. a short .9 mile loop pretty much closed to traffic. anyway, look to get out more this week. weather is supposed to be nicer and a little warmer. ride;
