went out with mike who i met at tamaques. he wanted to do some climbs so i basically went the same route as yesterday. didnt climb as much though which was ok with me. wanted to have a nice recovery ride from the 2 rides this week. i did however feel very strong up tracy. had a nice rhythm and spun in a low gear. doesnt feel like there is a difference climbing in the plasma from the cr1. may feel a little stronger. ride;
