went to race thursday night but after warming up and riding out there i had chain problems :( right as my group was starting i shifted into my big front ring and the chain popped right off. gave a half modest effort to try and catch them but failed. just decided to turn around and head home. so im taking a few days off just to rest my legs. fall riding is going to be starting soon and my goal is to get in a few hundred more miles until winter comes. thinking of getting the cannondale back in shaoe for those rainy days when i dont want to take the scott out. have a lot of things to purchase before the cold starts to come. my days off will be spent cleaning and tuning and researching gear. when im not biking, im thinking about biking. :)
