went for a morning ride before work today. proabably should have taken today as a rest day, but the weather was too nice not to ride. did some climbing and used some of the hints from the rider i rode with the other day. i didnt crack until the very top of zion where the grade get steep. on the way up longhill i was just tired. i miss my odometer though.
